Delivery

Standard Service 

 

We send out orders brought by 3pm out the same day Monday to Friday using our standard 1st class signed for service using Royal Mail as our sole delivery partner.

 

Orders paid after 3pm are sent out next working day

 

Special Delivery/Next Day 

 

We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service solely for this option.

 

This service can be selected at checkout if you would like your item to be delivered next day. 

 

If your order value is £200 or above it automatically qualifies for complimentary Special Delivery

 

Please Note

 

-If your item is taking longer then expected please get in touch with us via our social media channels or email and we will do our best to track your item down.

 

-We will not take responsibility for an item that has been sent with the wrong address written on it. 

 

-Postage times can sometimes take a little longer than expected during busy periods. We cannot take responsibility for delays to delivery once the item is sent.

 

-If you have paid for Special/Next Day delivery and your item has not came in time we will refund you the extra cost you paid for this service.
